Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact email@example.com for more details on how to resolve the issue.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
All orders are processed and shipped from our Southern California based distribution facility within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, continental domestic orders may take 2–5 days (Orders less than $48 may use USPS, resulting in up to 10 days of transit) to arrive, dependent on location. Tracking notification emails are sent as soon as the order is processed, not shipped. Please allow up to 4 days for tracking to go live. Alaska and Hawaii may take a bit longer. Once a package is picked up and scanned in by our carrier, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control; we are unable to replace missing or stolen packages at this time. Please reach out directly to the courier for missing or stolen packages.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. We will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address.

We do not ship to PO Box/P.O. Box addresses. Any order with a PO Box will be canceled without warning. Please consider an alternate shipping destination when checking out.
