Comes in a glossy black glass 8.5oz (240g) container & carefully packaged in a matte silver box.

Note: Each one of our candles is considered a medium-sized candle (usually between 7-10 oz.) with one wick are appropriate for a medium-sized room, such as a bedroom. If you'd like for the fragrance to fill a larger room like a kitchen or living room, we suggest placing 2-3 candles for a stronger scent throw.

To ensure a safe and smooth burn, please follow these steps before lighting your candle each time

REMOVE ANY DEBRIS

Make sure your candle is free of any wick trimmings, matches, and other debris. These can reignite and create a flame that is too large for the candle, posing a safety issue and potentially shattering the jar.

TRIM YOUR WICK TO 1/4 INCH

Using a wick trimmer or a pair of scissors, trim your wick to ¼ of an inch before lighting your candle, every time. This is the optimal height for ensuring an even burn that is free of soot debris. ¼ inch is shorter than you think, about the size of a pencil eraser.

BURN FOR AT LEAST 1 HOUR AND NO LONGER THAN 3-4 HOURS

To prevent tunneling, make sure to burn your candle for at least 1 hour at a time or until the melt pool reaches the edge of the glass before extinguishing. Vice versa, burning a candle for longer than 3-4 hours will cause carbon to collect on the wick, leading it to “mushroom”. The wick will then become unstable and produce a dangerously large flame.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CARE FOR MY CNTXT STUDIOS CANDLE?

Cntxt Studios 8.5 oz candles have an average burn time of 50 hours if cared for properly. Here are some tips to get the most out of your Cntxt Studios Candle.

Always light your candle for 3-4 hours during the first burn session (until the wax reaches the edges of the vessel) to create an even burn and a long lasting candle.
To preserve the fragrance, do not burn your candle for more than 5-6 hours at a time.
Before each burn, trim the wick to 1/8" to avoid black smoke, residue, and tunneling.
Always remove wick debris before lighting.
If the wick requires centering, readjust it to the center (only when the candle is unlit).
Always burn on a flat, stable, fireproof surface.
Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Do not burn the candle when less than 1/4" of wax remains in the glass.
Placing a hot candle on a cold surface such as marble or glass can cause the vessel to crack.

WHAT TYPE OF WAX DO YOU USE?

We use a unique blend of coconut & apricot wax for a clean and complete burn. A cleaner burn means less particle pollution in your home.

Sweet & Lovely!

One of my favorites! I love lighting up this candle at night or when I'm trying to relax. I was worried it might be a little too sweet for my taste when I first opened it , but actually it turns out to have a such nice, warm fragrance that fills up the room.

Quality!

First off, after receiving my package, the candle itself is delivered in a box with a bunch of protective packaging so your package arrives safely. I thought the packaging of the candle was very cool and would be a nice gift even if delivered just in its normal box. Upon examining the candle itself - comes with a cover that you're supposed to place back on the candle when you're not lighting. The container seems of high quality and totally something I plan on reusing after I finish the candle!

The candle itself I found had the wax lasting longer than other candles I've purchased which shows the wax is of high quality. Even after two hours of first burning there was noticeable more wax left than when I would light other candles.

Scent: I would say it reminds me of an expensive women's perfume, but subtle. Not overwhelming. I definitely smell the vanilla and orchids. I would not describe it was "sweet or fruity" but more of a relaxing scent when you enter a high end massage/spa.

Highly recommend!!

The packaging!

This is my favorite candle out of this whole collection! Not only is the packaging amazing but they give you instructions on how to properly blow out the candle too. I like this scent the most as it makes me feel very relaxed when I’m working late night. Will def re-purchase again!
